My groomer has abandoned me!
Last night I drove past her place and noticed a sign in the door, so I stopped. It said "Closed, we will miss you all" and when I looked into the window, the place was empty! The group was to have an appointment on Mar 19! No phone call, no other notice she was going out of business. Now I have to start looking for a new one- I hope I can build that trust again that I had with her. Guess it is going to be a busy day today on the phone!

That's terrible pippySqueek! And groomers are someone you really want to trust too. There are too many horror stories out there with bad groomers. I hope you can find someone for your babies.

I was going to reply earlier to pippySqueak with a comment about the economy, but I got so depressed I just gave up and quit. The impact on small businesses is so sad.


I still haven't built up the nerve to take mine to a groomers, although I'm sure the right one would make Chewie look amazing and would adequately fix my husband's attempt to "trim" Lokey.

I was able to find one not too far away who will take care of them on Saturday. I'll let you how it worked out.
